Your child deserves the best curricular guidelines and standards. CKA implies the guidelines of Ontario curriculum, and our teaching approach is more student-centered.
Class size can reflect on the quality of education. We have small class sizes and low student-to-teacher ratios allowing a more personalized attention and student engagement.
Reporting to parents is viewed as an essential part of teaching and learning here at CKA. The common procedure for reporting is by telephone conversation.
CKA students wear uniforms to have a respectable appearance which promotes better self-respect and self-esteem. Wearing uniform keep students more focused on their education.
Parents have a crucial role in their children’s education. They can get involved in their children’s day-to-day school life, by supporting them at home with homework and projects.
There are 2 scheduled parent-teacher interviews to discuss students’ progress and report cards. Parents who have a tight schedule are always welcome to book an interview.
